We believe in providing customers exactly what they need and want. We understand that every house is different and a standard piece may not fit. Our designer works closely with our builders to ensure you get what you are looking for.

Interested In our Design Service?

We offer a non-refundable design service fee of $50.00 per item. We will subtract the $50.00 per item fee if you place an order with us. Email us pictures or a product description of what you are looking for. Once we receive your request our designer will call you to discuss the specifics of the project.

We will not guarantee that our builders will do any customizations. Before submitting a quote request to the builder we will review the customization information to determine whether the customization is feasible. We reserve the right to decline any custom requests if we feel it is beyond the scope of our builders.
